What are the shipment possibilities?

ThePure. Switzerland GmbH is happy to update you with delivery methods for our health bracelet, sanitizing bracelet, desinfection wristband or any other products or services:

Domestic shipment (Switzerland):

  1. Economy delivery – 2-3 working days (after receipt of payment)

  2. Priority delivery – next working day (after receipt of payment)

International shipment:

We currently ship to EU countries. Shipping time may vary depending on destination country and shipping method you choose:

  1. Economy delivery – 2-3 working days (after receipt of payment)

  2. Priority delivery – next working day (after receipt of payment)

Shipping fees

The cost of your delivery depends on which shipping option you choose. You may choose the shipping option during the checkout process. Please be aware of free shipping depending on order volume.

Standard shipping in Germany, Austria, Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland: 5€/CHF (Switzerland)

Standard shipping international to United Kingdom (UK), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway: 6€

Free shipping Europe from 40€/CHF order value

Order processing

ThePure. Switzerland GmbH reserves the right to process the order within 24 hours after receiving the payment.

Delivery time

Delivery time may vary depending on selected shipment method and destination country. Please refer to the information stated during the checkout process. Due to current Cov19 situation shipping may be delayed. Please inform yourself at local providers.

Customs

International shipments outside Switzerland may be a subject to duties and taxes that you will be responsible for. Please contact your local custom office in case you have further questions.

Returns

Our policy is to fully satisfy You. However, if you wish to return the product you have 7 days to do so. Please bear in mind that products cannot be used, damaged and have to be originally packed. The costs of returning goods are covered by buyer.

If the product is damaged, used or not packed originally or the package is damaged in any way, ThePure. Switzerland LLC reserves the right to deny such returns.

Items on sale are excluded from return policy.

After receiving and positive checking the item, ThePure. Switzerland LLC will refund product value within 30 days. The refund may be returned in the same way as initial payment.

How to return the product

  1. Please send us an email to: info@thepure.care, include the order number and reason for your return. Our customer service member will guide you through the process.

  2. Make sure that product and package is not damaged, nor used and packed originally. Please include a signed print out of the return formular which you will get from our customer service. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.

  3. As stated above, returns have to be paid by you. Please drop off your package at any preferred return location or service.

  4. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will examine it and start your refund process.
